As the winter months set in, Spiti Valley takes a timeless essence– like a beautiful sight you can't help but dive right in. However, during this time, the temperature of Spiti Valley goes down -20°C, and the Spiti river becomes frozen up completely. A few streams cut through the ice tirelessly.
